Bacon and Blue Cheese Sliders image

Create beefy blue cheese sliders by topping burgers on a pretzel roll with crumbled blue cheese, chopped bacon and garlic aioli. Bacon and Blue Cheese Sliders are delicious and so easy.

1 lb. lean ground beef
4 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, finely chopped
1/3 cup ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese
1/2 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Cracked Pepper Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
8 mini pretzel sandwich rolls, split
1 cup tightly packed spring lettuce mix

Steps:

  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Mix ground beef and bacon just until blended; shape into 8 meatballs. Insert about 1-1/2 tsp. blue cheese into center of each meatball, pressing meat mixture around cheese to completely enclose cheese. Flatten each into 1/2-inch-thick patty.
  • Grill 3 to 5 min. on each side or until done (160ºF).
  • Spread garlic aioli onto bottom halves of rolls; cover with burgers, lettuce and tops of buns.
