1 12-ounce can (or two 6-ounce cans) solid white tuna in water,
drained and flaked
1 16-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/4 cup chopped black olives, preferably imported Kalamata
1/3 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano or 1/2 teaspoon dried

Steps:
