Steps:
- Cook macaroni according to package directions (for whole wheat usually boil 6-7 minutes) and strain.
- Pour back into pot over low heat and immediately add all ingredients in order listed! (this will ensure pasta doesn't stick together!) NOTE: I would add salt and pepper to taste after adding tomatoes so they blend better!
- That's it! Makes about 8 servings... you may change pasta shape to rotini or as you wish...ENJOY! This dish is as delicious as it is nutritious!
