Tropical Shake image

This makes 2 1/2 cups. It is loaded with calcium and is only 266 calories. Great for kids or women to get that calcium in for bones.

3/4 dash(es) unsweetened pineapple juice
1/3 cup(s) dry non-fat milk powder
1 small ripe banana
1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla (optional)
1/2 teaspoon(s) honey (optional)
1/2 cup(s) ice cubes

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in blender container. Cover. Blend until ice is crushed.
