Tropical Fruit Cocktail image

This makes for a refeshing drink for those warm weather days! The recipe is for one serving - feel free to up the ante!

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
1 1/2 oz orange juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 oz grenadine
1/2 medium banana
1 1/2 oz dark rum
1/2 c crushed ice
lime wedge for serving

Steps:

  • 1. Blend all ingredients (except for the lime wedge) in a blender until pureed. Texture will be thick, but not frozen. Pour into the glass of your choosing, then squeeze the lime wedge over the drink and drop into the glass. Enjoy!
