TRIPLE MUSTARD SAUCE image

Yield 1 cup

Number Of Ingredients 9

1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp whole mustard seeds
1 tsp crushed black peppercorns
3 TBSP brandy
3 TBSP chopped fresh tarragon or 2 tsp dried
2 TBSP olive oil
1 1/2 TBSP tarragon white wine vinegar
2 tsp honey

Steps:

  • Stir first 4 ingredients in bowl until dry mustard dissolves. Mix in remaining ingredients. Let stand 15 minutes. (can be made 3 days ahead. cover and chill)
