Triple Cheddar Easy Brunch Casserole image

Triple cheddar cheese and freshly chopped chives make this easy brunch casserole awesome. (The crumbled bacon might also have something to do with that.)

6 eggs
2 cups milk
2 cups STOVE TOP Everyday Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1 pkg. (8 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Whisk eggs and milk in large bowl until blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  • Spoon into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 45 to 50 min. or until center is set.
