2 c (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 c unsalted sunflower kernels
1/2 c salted pumpkin seeds or pepitas
1/2 c coarsely chopped cashews
1/2 c coarsely chopped pecans
1/4 c flaked coconut
1/4 c finely chopped dried apricots
1/4 c dried cranberries
1/4 c dried cherries or blueberries

Steps:

  • 1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips; stir until smooth. Stir in the remaining ingredients. 2. Drop by tablespoonfulls onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Refrigerate until firm. Store in the refrigerator.
