Tortelloni Wreath with Pesto Dip image

Some say pesto dip in a wreath of tortelloni pasta is perfect for the holidays-and it is. But note well: It's perfect for every other occasion, too!

Yield 24 servings, 3 tortelloni and 1 Tbsp. dip each

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 pkg. (9 oz.) refrigerated cheese & garlic tortelloni
1 pkg. (9 oz.) refrigerated portabello mushroom tortelloni
1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
1 pkg. (7 oz.) CLASSICO Traditional Basil Pesto Sauce and Spread
1 tsp. lemon juice

Steps:

  • Add both packages of pasta to 1 gal. boiling water in large saucepan; cook 6 min., stirring frequently. Drain; rinse with cold water. Drain again.
  • Meanwhile, mix cream cheese spread, pesto and lemon juice until well blended. Spoon into small serving bowl; place in center of large platter.
  • Arrange pasta around bowl to resemble a wreath. Garnish with green and red pepper strips and black olives, if desired.
