Corn Spoon Bread, Barb image

This one is Barb's, here again another corn "bread" recipe. LOL. Oooh, the options, and I just love corn recipes!

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 slightly beaten eggs
8 1/2 oz jiffy corn muffin mix
8 1/2 oz cream style corn
8 1/2 oz can whole kernel corn, drained
1 c sour cream
1/2 c melted margarine

Steps:

  • 1. Combine eggs, muffin mix, both corns, sour cream and margarine. Spread in 11 x 7 x 1 3/4 baking dish. Let mix stand 5 min in baking dish before baking. Bake at 350 degrees 35 min until knife comes out clean.
