Steps:
- 1. Melt butter and saute onions and garlic until soft. Stir in broth.
- 2. Add tortellini, salt, pepper, stewed tomatoes, spinach and basil. Bring to a boil.
- 3. Lower heat and simmer for approximately 5 minutes.
- 4. Serve and pass parmesean cheese to sprinkle on top.
