Great Grandma's Lasagna image

Number Of Ingredients 12

1 pounds lean ground beef
0.333333333333 cups onion
0.25 cups green pepper
0.25 cups mushrooms
2 cups tomatoes
5 tablespoons tomato paste
1.5 teaspoons salt
1.5 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoons oregano
1 units shredded mozzarella cheese
1 units ricotta cheese
9 units lasagna noodles

Steps:

  • Preheat oven 350 degrees. Brown hamburger. Add onions and green peppers. Drain grease. Combine all other ingredients (except cheeses and noodles) and simmer for 45 minutes. Cook and drain lasagna noodles.
  • Grease a 9 x 13 baking pan. Layer noodles, sauce and cheese (alternating cheese each layer)
  • Bake 30-45 minutes.
