Tortellini and Ground Beef Casserole image

Cheesy and good and all in one pot

Number Of Ingredients 12

20 ounce(s) bag frozen cheese tortellini unthawed
1 pound(s) ground beef
1 medium onion diced
4 clove(s) garlic minced
1 teaspoon(s) italian seasoning
15 ounce(s) can diced tomatoes
3 cup(s) beef broth
1 tablespoon(s) beef bouillon
4 tablespoon(s) cream cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
2 cup(s) shredded cheese blend cheddar/monteraray jack
2 teaspoon(s) fresh parsley chopped for garnish

Steps:

  • Brown the ground beef with onions and garlic. Cook until onions are soft and beef is no longer pink . Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add Italian seasoning.
  • Stir in the tortellini, beef broth and bouillon. Add the undrained tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce to a simmer and simmer until most of liquid is absorbed.
  • Stir in the cream cheese and the shredded cheese. Cook until cheese is melted. Serve garnished with parsley
