Too Easy Peach Cobbler image

This is very quick and easy and also very good. Basically takes ingredients that you have on hand. From the kitchen of Michele Harvey Thornburg, Moberly MO.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 (29 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
5 slices white bread
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup margarine, melted
ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place fruit in 8x8 baking dish. Cut crust from bread and cut each slice into five strips. Place strips over peaches.
  • Mix sugar, flour, egg, and margarine. Blend well, and pour over bread strips. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
