TOMATO VODKA SAUCE image

Number Of Ingredients 7

6 tsp olive oil
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup vodka
4 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 1/2 cup tomato sauce
penne
Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Saute garlic in oil over medium heat De glaze pan with vodka Add heavy cream and tomato sauce and simmer till thickened slightly, stirring occasionally. Serve over pasta with Parmesan cheese
