Tolin's Tasty BBQ MeatBalls image

My best friend, Polly shared this recipe with me several years ago. Yum! Always a big hit for potlucks, reunions or family dinners. My daughter begs me to fix meatballs all the time. Cheap easy and DELICIOUS!

Number Of Ingredients 10

2 lbs ground chuck
1 1/2 cups oatmeal
1 small onion, diced
2 eggs
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 cups ketchup
2 cups brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic salt
2 tablespoons liquid smoke

Steps:

  • Meatballs: Mix all the ingredients until well blended.
  • Form into small meatballs or use a Melon Baller place in Pam sprayed 9X13 Baking Dish.
  • Sauce: Mix all the ingredients in a small saucepan bring to a boil.
  • Pour Over Meatballs Bake covered in Foil for 45 minutes.
