TOFFEE COATED PEANUTS image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons corn syrup
1/4 tsp salt
2 cups peanuts

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients except peanuts. Mix in peanuts, toss to coat. Spread onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 20-25 minutes, stirring once or twice. Remove before too done. Cool on a wire rack. Break apart and store in containers.
