Toasted Marshmallow-Apple Dip image

Apple slices are the dippers of choice for this scrumptious toasted marshmallow dip. Campfire deliciousness-without the campfire hassle!

2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
6 apples, cut into wedges

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Mix first 3 ingredients until blended; spread onto bottom of 8-inch pie plate. Refrigerate 30 min.
  • Top with marshmallows.
  • Bake 10 min. or until marshmallows are lightly toasted and slightly melted. Serve with apples.
