Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350. Line baking sheet with foil.
- 2. Melt butter in saute pan.
- 3. Add garlic and herbs. Cook until Garlic is soft. Do not burn.
- 4. Cut bread loaf in half, lengthwise.
- 5. Tear out soft center of bread, trying not to tear crust. Once removed, tear soft center into cubes.
- 6. Place bread halves on foil-lined baking sheet.
- 7. Add cubes to butter herb mixture. Toss to coat. Remove from heat.
- 8. In large bowl, combine all cheeses EXCEPT Cheddar, yogurt or sour cream, bread mixture, and scallions if using.
- 9. Spoon into bread halves. Sprinkle with Cheddar and parsley.
- 10. Bake for 30 minutes.
- 11. Enjoy!
