You know that crockpot roast you love using the three seasoning packets? Here is a version using your own spices if you are like me and are trying to cut out processed foods.

Number Of Ingredients 14

4 lbs beef roast, any cut
1/4 cup flour
2 tablespoons parsley
1 1/2 tablespoons beef bouillon granules
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dill
1 teaspoon pepper
3/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
1 cup water

Steps:

  • Mix all spices together.
  • Place roast in crockpot.
  • Sprinkle spices over top.
  • Pour water around roast.
  • Cook on high about 6 hours or low for about 8 hours.
