Steps:
- Prep beef by washing and cutting up into bits size cube, set aside
- Heat oil in large skillet Add onion and garlic and cook on medium heat until onion appers clear, add green and red paper Stir in first tbsp barbare (red powder spices) Cook untill all the vigitable are soft
- Add meat and tbsp of butter Stir in second tipz of spice spice Continue to cook on medium heat, stirring soft often, salt and pepper to taste. Serve over with prpared rice or injira ( a big flat bread of ethiopia)
