Tiny Tuna Melts image

Layered over crunchy crackers and ready in less than 15 minutes, these tasty tuna melts are sure to be your new favorite Healthy Living appetizer.

Yield Makes 4 doz. or 16 servings, three topped crackers each.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 can (6 oz.) white tuna in water, drained, flaked
1/4 cup KRAFT Light Mayo
1/4 cup chopped celery
48 round buttery crackers with whole wheat
1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Steps:

  • Mix tuna, mayo and celery until well blended. Top each cracker with 1 tsp. of the tuna mixture; sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. of the cheese.
  • Place 6 topped crackers on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 15 sec. or until topping is heated through and cheese is melted.
  • Repeat with the remaining topped crackers.
