Tibetan Flatbread (Jacques Pepin) image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1.5 cup Flour
1 cup Water
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Salt

Steps:

  • Combine Flour, Water and Baking Powder into a gooey paste. Put Olive Oil in Skillet. Add mixture, and flatten using spatula greased with oil. Add water around the edges where bread meets pan. Cover pan and cook on medium heat for 10 mins. Flip and cook uncovered for 5 mins on other side.
