Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 375^. Place ciabatta garlic loaf on a baking sheet and bake 6-7 minutes. Loaf should already be split in half, horizontally. Sprinkle with salt & pepper to taste.
- 2. Layer with all three cheeses and return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with tomatoes and herbs. Cut as desired.
