Steps:
- Place all dry ingredients in a medium bowl and mix with a fork.
- Add milk (or half & half) and mix until just combined. Mixing too much could make them tough.
- Drop by half teaspoonfuls into gently simmering soup. Give a gentle stir to keep them from sticking. Once they are all in, continue to gently simmer for 5-10 minutes. Serve.
