Steps:
- Perheat or prepare your grill to cook with. Prepare your bread by speading one side of all the pieces of bread with about 1 teaspoon of the mayonnaise on each slice. Place 4 of the slices of the bread on the grill above heat mayonnaise side down. Top each slice of bread with a slice of Swiss, Cheddar, and Jack cheese. Top each sandwich, if desired with two slices of tomato. Then place the other slices of bread on top of each sandwich with the mayonnaise side up. Close lid of grill for about 45 seconds and let cheese melt a bit. Open back up and let cook about another 1-1 1/2 minutes. Carefully fip the sandwich and grill on the other side for another 1-2 minutes. Remove from grill and serve hot. These sandwiches will cook quickly so keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
