Chicken and Leek Casserole image

This the British version of our chicken pot pie.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/4 cup(s) canadian bacon
1 pound(s) boneless,skinless, chicken breast
2 cup(s) leeks white part.
2 cup(s) chicken broth
1 cup(s) beer or ale
1/4 cup(s) bread crumbs

Steps:

  • Preheat oven, to 325.
  • Combine all ingriedents in a caaerole dish,mix well. Bake covered for 1 hour,
  • Remove cover and place back in oven,until 1/3 of the liquid is asborbed,sprinkle bread crumbs over the top.Return to oven for 30 minuets.
