The Origional Clam Dip Recipe from Donna! image

this was given to me by a friend, which was given to her by a friend. Not sure where the "Original" part came from but all I know it is so good. We love it and eat it fast, so we usually double or triple it.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 - 8oz bar of cream cheese softened
2 - 7 oz cans of minced clams
1 Tbsp mayo
2 Tbsp chopped chives or scallions
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp dijon mustard, or more to your liking

Steps:

  • 1. Let cream cheese stand at room temp to soften. Drain clams reserving 1/2 cup of juice. Blend together all ingredients. Add juice if to think. Chill overnight and serve with crackers, potato chips or assorted veggies. Garnish with extra parsley.
