Steps:
- Add Italian seasoning blend, oil, vinegar, garlic, parsley, pepper, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg to a bowl with a lid and mix to combine. Add chicken and refrigerate, sealed, for 12 to 24 hours to allow all ingredients to marry up.
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Spread chicken evenly on a cookie sheet, add 1/2 cup water and bake until cooked through, 15 to 18 minutes.
- Serve in pita bread or flour tortillas or on Caesar or mixed green salads.
