The Beet Goes On image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1/2 beet with top, halved
1/2 yam, halved
4 carrots, cut into 2- to 3-inch lengths
1 clove garlic
1 slice ginger, peeled and cut 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick

Steps:

  • Alternate adding the beet, yam, carrots, garlic, and ginger to the juicer, and process until juiced.
