MOM'S BOURBON SWEET POTATOES image

Number Of Ingredients 10

10-12 sweet potatoes, cooked partially and peeled
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
3 eggs, beaten lightly
3/4 c. heavy cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. raisins
3/4 c. bourbon

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mash all ingredients together and put in oven for 10 minutes to blend flavors. One hour before serving, preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake casserole for 50 minutes and serve hot.
