Pear-infused vodka and honey syrup combine in this sweet, mellow cocktail recipe from Julian Niccolini, co-owner of The Four Seasons

Number Of Ingredients 6

Ice cubes
1/2 cup pear vodka
Splash of cold water
1/4 cup Bee Naughty Honey Simple Syrup
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 to 3 Pear Chips

Steps:

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, water, simple syrup, and lemon juice; cover and shake until well combined, about 1 minute. Strain into 2 to 3 chilled martini glasses. Garnish with pear slices and serve.
