Thanksgiving Potstickers image

Trying to come up with a new way to use up Thanksgiving leftovers and made a hit with these turkey dumplings. Pint-sized bites embrace the perfect taste of Thanksgiving dinner.

1 (16 ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce
¾ cup white wine
¼ cup white sugar
1 ½ cups diced cooked turkey
1 cup prepared stuffing
2 tablespoons turkey gravy
½ (12 ounce) package wonton wrappers
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
¾ cup water

Steps:

  • Whisk cranberry sauce, wine, and sugar over medium heat until desired consistency is attained. Lower heat and keep warm until ready to serve.
  • Combine turkey, stuffing, and gravy in a bowl; mix well.
  • Place a teaspoon of turkey mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Wet the edges with cold water and press firmly to seal dumplings.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place dumplings in the skillet and sear for about 30 seconds. Slowly add water, then cover and cook for 4 minutes. Uncover and stir dumplings gently until bottoms are browned, about 3 minutes more.
  • Serve dumplings with warm cranberry dipping sauce.
