Steps:
- DIRECTIONS: mix first 11 ingredients and form into 1 inch balls. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. brown in 1/4 cup canola oil in skillet and place in 9 x 13 pan. Mix flour in with drippings in pan, let cook till raw smell is gone, stir in coconut milk & remaining ingredients. simmer till thickened & creamy. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Serve with Thai noodles & salad.
