Steps:
- Cook pasta, drain, and set aside. Steam or microwave carrots and peas until tender. Combine vinegar, red pepper flakes, hot sauce, soy sauce, orange juice concentrate, and peanut butter. Cook over medium heat and stir until smooth, or microwave on high for 1 min. After cooking, whisk for a very smooth sauce. In a med bowl, combine pasta, veg, and sauce. Serve hot or cold.
