Steps:
- Bring milk and sugar to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla.
- Stir in Thai tea and let steep for 7-8 minutes. Strain through a coffee filter. Let cool slightly.
- While the tea mixture is cooling, mix together gelatin and water in a bowl. Let the gelatin bloom for a few minutes.
- Pour warm tea mixture over the gelatin. Stir to dissolve/combine.
- Divide into cups. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
- Run a knife around edges, unmold, and enjoy!
