1/4 c. gluten free tamari soy sauce
1/4 cup almond or cashew butter
2 TBS Thai Curry Paste (red or green)
2 TBS sesame oil
4 large garlic cloves, peeledand minced
1 - 1 1/2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled, minced
2 bags of broccoli slaw
Optional:
Coconut milk to thin, especially when using as dipping option or marinade
Honey or stevia to desired sweetness
Hot peppers, like thai bird chili minced

Steps:

  • Blend or whisk, then add slaw. Cover and refrigerate. Stir together just before serving. Garnish with toasted almonds and/or sesame seeds.
