Number Of Ingredients 12

1 box crispix
1 box rice chex
1 box corn chex
1 box wheat chex
1 box stick or mini pretzels
1 lb mixed nuts
1 stick butter, melted
3/4 c bacon drippings
7 Tbsp tabasco sauce
7 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp seasoned salt

Steps:

  • 1. Mix cereal, pretzels and nuts into a very large roasting pan. I sometimes add a large box of Cheddar fish to the mix.
  • 2. Mix butter and bacon drippings in microwave safe bowl and nuke for 10 seconds until just barely melted (not hot)
  • 3. Remove from microwave and add seasonings and whisk together until well blended. Spoon over cereal mixture, then carefully mix until all the cereal mixture is coated with the butter mixture. Note: I use my hands for this task.
  • 4. Cook in open pan for 1 hour in 250 degree oven, stirring every 15 minutes
