A friend gave me this recipe from an old Marlboro Cookbook, but I altered it to make it my own. It is very good.

Steps:
- 1. Chop or slice peppers into big pieces, if using tomato, slice it as well. Cook all in olive oil. Stir in mustard and parsley. Combine butter, garlic and Cajun seasoning. Spread on bread and broil. Place beef on bread, top with pepper mixture and a second piece of toast.
