Steps:
- 1. Melt butter with oil in Dutch oven over med. heat. Add white onion and next 7 ingredients and sauté 8 min. Or until translucent. Add garlic, and cook 30 seconds. 2. Stir in beans and beer, and cook 5 min. Or until liquid is reduced by half. Add chicken and broth and tomatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to med. low and simmer 30 min. Until thickened. Serve with desired toppings
