Steps:
- 1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together and blend well.
- 2. Put the steak slices in the marinade and allow to sit for 4 hours or over night.
- 3. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- 4. Pour entire mixture into a shallow pan and bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
- 5. Garnish with green onions, cilantro and sesame seeds. Serve over steamed rice.
