I like to experiment with different ingredients when making a meatloaf. I settled on this recipe because it makes a really tender meatloaf. I think the glaze is a nice touch of sweet to balance the savory.

Steps:
- 1. Work all ingredients into the beef until well combined. Form into a loaf and place in a baking pan. I like to place it on a rack. If using a rack, pour 1/2 cup of water in pan to prevent drippings from burning.
- 2. For the glaze, whisk together ingredients and pour over the top of the meatloaf.
- 3. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
