Tasty Meatballs Without Milk image

Great recipe for meatballs if you don't have or want cream or milk. Use ice-cream scooper to form meatballs, uniformity makes cooking easier. Bake at 400 for 30 mins. or fry in saucepan over medium-high heat

2 lbs ground beef (2 pounds)
2 medium onions (2 medium)
2 garlic cloves (2 cloves)
1 cup breadcrumbs (1 cup)
1/2 cup tomato sauce or 1/2 cup ketchup
2 eggs (2)
1/2 cup beef broth (1/2 cup)
salt
pepper
parsley
sage (optional)
allspice (optional)

Steps:

  • Dice onions and garlic
  • Add to ground beef.
  • Add breadcrumbs, tomato sauce, beef broth, and all sesaonings to ground beef.
  • Beat eggs and add to mixture.
  • Form meatballs.
  • Place in pre-heated (400 degrees) or pan-fry.
