Taste of Home Chicken Biscuit Pot Pie image

An excellent "comfort food" by Taste of Home, and really good.

1 2/3 c frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 1/2 c cubed cooked chicken
1 can(s) 10 3/4 oz condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1 c biscuit/baking mix
1/2 c milk
1 egg

Steps:

  • 1. In a bowl, combine vegetables, chicken, soup and thyme. Pour into an ungreased deep-dish 9-in. pie plate. Combine biscuit mix, milk and egg: pour over chicken mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
