Tangy Fruit Punch image

This recipe comes from Taste of Home's Holiday Recipe Card Collection magazine from 2003. This beverage is good for any occasion! So, enjoy! (Preparation time, does not include refrigeration time.)

1 can(s) (46 ounces) pineapple juice
1 can(s) (12 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
3/4 cup(s) lemonade concentrate
1 cup(s) water, divided
1/2 cup(s) sugar
2 large ripe bananas
1 package(s) (20 ounces) frozen unsweetened whole strawberries, thawed
2 liter(s) ginger ale, chilled

Steps:

  • In a punch bowl or large container, combine pineapple juice, orange juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate, 1/2 cup water, and sugar.
  • In a blender, place bananas, strawberries, and remaining water; cover, and process, until smooth. Stir into juice mixture. Cover, and refrigerate. (Preparation time, does not include refrigerator time.)
  • Just before serving, stir in ginger ale. Makes 25-30 servings (about 5 quarts).
