Tacos in Fiesta Flats image

Today was make over Friday..I had leftover pork chops, fiesta rice with tomatoes and blacks olives as a side dish; added some refried beans, lettuce, salsa and sour cream and avocado on the side. These turned out very good and enjoyed by all. These will be great with any cooked chopped chicken, pork or ground beef or turkey.... I really like these new flat boats..
