Steps:
- Cube the tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers. Chop the green onions and parsley. Mix in a bowl. Make dressing-- half olive oil and half lemon juice. Chop two cloves of garlic and some mint and sumac (if you have it) and add to dressing. Pour dressing over vegetables. Cut pita bread into squares and fry in a frying pan with little olive oil. Cool fried bread until ready to serve and sprinkle on top of salad. :) totally simple and refreshing summer time salad!
