Swiss Vegetable Medley image

Number Of Ingredients 7

8 ounce(s) broccoli florets, thawed and drained
8 ounce(s) cauliflower florets, thawed and drained
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1 small can french fried onions, divided
1/3 cup(s) sour cream
1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
1 cup(s) swiss cheese, shredded and divided

Steps:

  • Combine broccoli, cauliflower, soup, 1/2 can onions, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 cup cheese.
  • Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole.
  • Bake covered at 350 for 30 minutes.
  • Top with remaining onions and cheese and bake uncovered 5 minutes more.
