Steps:
- Pan-fry bacon until crisp; drain and crumble. Cut onions into rings. Put onions in skillet; add sugar, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and vinegar. Cook 20 minutes, covered. Add onion mixture to drained beans. Add bacon. Pour into 3-quart casserole. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
