½ small cooked sweet potato
½ cup cottage cheese
½ cup low-fat milk
5 cubes ice, or as needed
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon molasses
1 tablespoon honey
⅛ teaspoon almond extract

Steps:

  • Blend banana, sweet potato, cottage cheese, milk, ice, cocoa powder, molasses, honey, and almond extract together in a high-power blender (such as Ninja®) until smooth.
